The Osteopathic Centre for Children, London, SW18.
9 February – Presentation to students of the OCC entitled ” The Effect of Jaw Problems on the Rest of the Body”. As usual it was divided into two sections – “The Osteopathy/TMJ Connection” and “The Osteopathy/Orthodontic Connection”. Case studies were shown during the Power Point presentation. There was a short practical session to demonstrate cranial distortions and how they impacted on the malocclusion. As always, the emphasis was on the importance of early detection and correction of skeletal and muscular imbalances. There was good interaction from the students and some positive feedback.
