This book really is a must-read for every parent. My own child seemed to be constantly “acting out” and I always worried his face wasn’t growing quite like his brother’s. It looks so tiny! He isn’t even a mouth-breather (I’ve taught a couple of those, and the behaviour is impossible!). I read more and more, and this book has opened my eyes now to what the problem is. Oh, it’s a must-read for all nursery and primary teachers, too.

Thank you, Sarah. I especially liked your comment about teachers. Of course, they spend so much time with young children and awareness is everything.
