Letter in the British Dental Journal

On behalf of the British Society for the Study of Cranio-Mandibular Disorders ( soon to renamed the British Society of Integrated Dentistry) Dr Noel Stimson and I have written a letter to the Editor of the BDJ entitled Craniofacial Development.
