Exploring the Wider Role of Dentistry – 2nd visit
“The Effect of Jaw Problems on the Rest of the Body” – This presentation was given to final year dental students on 9 May, 2016. The topics covered were Airway & Sleep Disorders, Posture, Temporo-Mandibular Joint Dysfunction, Movement Disorders and pre-orthodontic treatment with the Myobrace system.
Special emphasis was on nasal breathing and early treatment with Functional Orthodontics.
